This IC is a very unique IC, it's really good at oscillation through two internal transistors and a comparator which compares the output of both supply from the internal transistors if they have equal supply by switching off one and switching on the other and vice versa at a particular frequency.this kinda circuit makes up an INVERTER gate or NOT gate.
